We are a veteran-owned company grounded in leadership, service, and integrity. Our founder Tim is, a proud husband and father of two, who holds a Master's degree in Public Administration.

With over 45 years of combined experience in law enforcement and military service, we deeply understand that exceptional leadership is built on experience, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to service. Tim has dedicated more than 20 years to law enforcement, serving at the federal, state, and county levels. Through this experience, he honed the ability to lead teams in high-pressure situations, make difficult decisions, and navigate complex, evolving challenges. Alongside his law enforcement career, he has also served 25 years in the United States Air Force Reserve, including multiple deployments to the Middle East, where he learned the value of teamwork, discipline, and adaptability.

Today, after transitioning into the private sector, Tim now works in the aviation training field, continuing his commitment to leadership and service in a new environment. Whether in the public or private sector, the same guiding principle remains: leadership is not about authority but about serving others with purpose, vision, and unwavering integrity.
